After your order is placed online we begin the fulfillment process during our business hours of Mon-Fri 8 am- 4 pm. Every order is cut-to-size from mill length bars and hand-packaged just for you. Each piece of new material (never scrap) is carefully processed with strict quality controls to ensure your order arrives exactly how you want it.

• We strive to ship all material within 1 business day, while most orders will be shipped the same day when placed before 2PM CST. 
• Our estimated delivery dates are based on several factors. The estimates are given in good faith but are estimates ONLY. 
• We offer Prepay and Add shipping using Fedex and UPS as carriers. You are able to select which carrier you prefer. Costs are calculated based on location, weight and dimensions.
