Offering high electrical conductivity and formability, 110 copper is 99.9% pure. Also known as ETP copper, it's often used in electrical applications, such as for bus bars and wire connectors, as well as for flashing, gaskets, and rivets.
All sizes are produced to ASTM B187.
1/8" Diameter - 6" Diameter: H04 Temper
6-1/2" Diameter - 9" Diameter: M30 Temper
C11000 copper is used for welding fixtures, anodes, bus bars in electrical power installations, ground straps, commutators, and more. Its inherent fabrication qualities readily permit it to be bent, soldered, drilled, peened, riveted and formed to fit almost any design specification. Class 11000 copper is specified because of its high thermal and electrical conductivity.
Electrical Terminals, switches, radio parts, contacts, trolley wire, magnet wire, busbars, terminal connectors, conductors, electrical stranded conductors wire.
Industrial Printing rolls, chimney cap screens, heat exchangers, anodes, kettles, chlorine cells, rotating bands, road bed expansion plates, vats, pressure vessels, chemical process equipment, pans.
